Yikes, we're just 29 days away from the BC Bike Race.  We've been training like crazy over the months and it's finally all coming together. Training runs the gammut from commuting to work and adding weekend rides, just trying to fit in weekday and weekend rides, or hiring a cycling trainer/coach and picking the brains of previous racers, all of us trying to figure out what it's going to take to get the job done.  Just a few weeks to go, it's coming down to crunch time and we're eagerly anticipating the race.

We wanted to say a huge thanks to the folks at the BC Bike Race.  In addition to our other sponsors, Sturdy Bitch, Rocket Promo, Big Tree Bikes, Diamondback Bikes, MDJ Racing, the BC Bike Race was kind enough to support us with a donation in entry fees to help us with the almost $12,000 in race fees.  We are extremely appreciative of ther generous support.
